Staff are rude. To make it worse, even if you order a coffee and cake they kick u out and don’t let you sit inside just because of a takeaway cup?? Even when it’s cold and raining outside?? So much for hospitality.

We were there on Easter Sunday and were very satisfied. It was very busy and we were able to get a table by chance. Despite the large number of guests, the service was with us promptly. The order arrived incredibly quickly. It was very delicious. We sat outside, protected from the wind by the glass panes around it. Great location right on the Alte Liebe.

Beautifully brightly furnished with enough outside space. Good atmosphere and very tasty food, e.g. B. the apple strudel with vanilla ice cream scoop.

Great location, delicious ice cream, good selection. What we didn't like: all the doors inside were open to the outside area, which is why there was a terrible draft. According to the waitress, this is how it should be so that customers come in sooner. The children were so cold that they didn't want to eat the ice cream anymore and we left. What a shame!

Here you can eat great ice cream and cake in a very central harbor location in the immediate vicinity of old love. The selection is very good and the ice cream and cakes in particular taste very good. Unfortunately the waffles are very small, but super sweet. Maybe a little less sugar in the teog would even be better. There are not a lot of seating options in the interior, which also seems very cold at times, which may be due to the open doors. Many places only have stools, which prevents you from spending a long time comfortably. But ice would melt anyway. There is also a large terrace with parasols. But we couldn't find a place here because the café is very busy. Anyone who comes to the harbor and Alte Liebe should at least get an ice cream on their hand here. The price of 1.60 per ball is also very fair considering the location.

Went there again today for coffee with a friend. I've always been very satisfied so far, but today the pot of coffee got cold very quickly. I asked customer service about it and he said there was no other way. I think that's a shame, but then I ordered a latte, which was really hot. Something can definitely be changed, I don't think it's okay to pay full money for almost cold coffee.

Very tasty ice cream and, despite the top location, financially reasonable (not overpriced). I had a spaghetti ice cream there and it was really tasty. Service was there quickly and very friendly. I sat on the terrace and it offers a nice view.
